Mader Pull-String Spinning Top - Green

A large robust fast spinning top with a metal tip and pull string, designed to be used on all surfaces including outdoors. Wind it up, push the starter cap down gently, pull the string and watch it take off spinning and bouncing across even rough surfaces. You can pick it up mid spin and throw it around and it just keeps on going! This one comes in a lovely vibrant green stain with natural wood starter cap.

The Pull-string spinning top is a medium difficulty top for children, at level 4 on the spinning scale. To use, wind the cord around the shaft, place the starter cap over the top and draw the string out in one smooth movement, remove the starter cap and watch it rapidly spin away! Sustainably made from native Ash and using a natural coloured stain, by hand in Austria.

Handcrafted in their workshop in Austria, each spinning tops undergoes up to 20 different processes, from turning, burning, carving and painting- all by hand. Each top is carved from a single piece of sustainably sourced native wood, and are recognisable from the ring burned around their equator, and the beautiful rainbow stripes.
